Washington — The House on Thursday passed a bill to rename the Gulf of Mexico as the “Gulf of America,” which would codify an executive order signed by President Trump on his first day in office. In a 211 to 206 vote, all but one Republican supporting the measure, which was introduced by GOP Rep.
